Hi, I'm Jennifer! I'm a foodie and cooking is one of my passions. I split my time between the US and Scotland and the delicious foods I have tried between both countries is astounding. I've always enjoyed experimenting with different flavors and ingredients, and one of my favorite cuisines is Mexican food. The bold and spicy flavors of dishes like tacos, enchiladas, and guacamole just never get old for me. Coming from the South of the US, we have access to so many delicious Mexican restaurants. Let me tell you, those places are hard to beat!
One of my go-to kitchen appliances is my Philips air fryer (which I have written loads about!). It's so versatile and can be used to make so many different dishes with less oil and fat than traditional frying methods. I love using it to make crispy chicken wings, fish tacos, and even churros. Cooking has always been a way for me to unwind and express my creativity.
I enjoy trying new recipes and techniques, and I find joy in sharing my creations with my family and friends across the world. Whether it's a simple homemade salsa or a complex mole sauce, I'm always up for a culinary challenge.
In addition to cooking, I enjoy reading cookbooks (Yotam Ottolenghi is one of my favorites), watching cooking shows, and exploring local farmer's markets & food festivals for fresh ingredients. There's something special about the way that food brings people together, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to share my love of cooking with all of you!
