Today is a beautiful, sunny day. I don\u2019t know what is about the weather today that invokes the feeling of tasting something made of mandarins. I have a dark red-looking cup of Pu\u2019erh tea beside me that echoes the flavor of honey.<\/p>\n

But how is honey related to mandarin anyway?<\/p>\n

Life mysteries\u2026<\/p>\n

To get to the topic of today, I decided to make a Mandarin Cake in a magical mold. This one is a simple yet juicy cake that falls in the mouth like a moisturized piece of heaven.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s get to the oven.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/h2>\n

– 2 eggs
\n– 2 mandarins cut with their husks
\n– 1 bag of vanilla
\n– 1 glass of oil
\n– 1 glass of Granulated sugar
\n– 2 bags of baking powder
\n– 2 glasses of flour<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/h2>\n

– Mix the first 5 ingredients with a spoon of warm water and a spoon of vinegar
\n– Then add the baking powder and the flour.
\n– Pour the mixture on the magic mold (already creamed with butter and sprinkled with flour)
\n– Bake in a preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for about 25 minutes until it can easily be separated from the mold.
\n– Try to separate the cake from the edge from time to time to test.<\/p>\n

Filling:
\n– Orange juice
\n– Vanilla flan
\n– 1 spoon of cornflour
\n– Granulated sugar<\/p>\n

Put everything in a pot and mix until they become homogeneous.
\nPour the cream in the center of the cake. Decorate with slices of mandarins on top and let it cool.<\/p>\n
